PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Prepaid orders over $125.00 ship free (prepayment by check, MasterCard, or Visa). If you prefer to be billed, we’ll send an invoice with your order. Payment is due within 15 days of receipt of products. Past due balances are subject to 1.5% per month finance charge.

ORDER PROCESSING
You may order by PHONE, FAX, MAIL, or EMAIL. If you provide your email address, you will receive an email confirming that we have processed and shipped your order. Orders with no personalization or custom options are shipped within 1-2 business days. All other orders will ship within 5 business days after proof approval.

SHIPPING
We ship by Fedex Ground and USPS. Rush shipping by Fedex is available. Unless your order is over $125.00 and prepaid (ships free), shipping will be added to your order at the same amount we are charged. Allow 3 to 6 business days for standard shipping. All products originate in Story, Wyoming. Claims for products damaged during shipping must be made within 5 days of your receipt of the merchandise by calling

SALES TAX - applies only to orders shipped to an address in Wyoming. If we are shipping to a location in Wyoming, sales taxes will be added to your order.
