Orders online are handled through PayPal. For orders phoned or mailed in, we accept payment by MasterCard and Visa. We accept checks with orders by mail. Orders are processed after payment has been received and authorized.

SHIPPING
We ship by Fedex Ground and USPS. Rush shipping by Fedex is available. Use the chart below for shipping rates. If you order online, the shipping rates will be calculated with your order. Delivery time for standard shipping is 3-5 business days. All products originate in Story, Wyoming. Claims for damaged products must be made within 5 days of your receipt of the merchandise by calling 1-888-884-2287, or email: claims@felinesdesigns.com.
RETURNS
All sales are final. If we have made an error in processing your order, please contact us by phone or by email. We will process your request for a refund as soon as we receive the returned merchandise in the same condition as shipped. Requests for returns must be made within 10 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
SALES TAX - applies only to orders shipped to an address in WYOMING. If we are shipping to a location in Wyoming, Wyoming sales taxes will be added to your order.
